About the position

Upjohn Export B.V. (UEBV) is a commercial entity based in Capelle aan den Ijssel, Netherlands. UEBV act as a dedicated export company and will manage Upjohn’s business with third party customers across markets where Upjohn does not typically have a trading presence.

For the Upjohn business unit we are looking for a Contract Administrator with key goal to ensure the full implementation of UEBV’s New Customer and Contract SOP, and will support the General Manager in ensuring pro-active updates of the SOP as the business model evolves.

The successful Contract Administrator will report into the General Manager of UEBV to ensure the integrity of Pfizer’s export contract workflow, and provide a point of accountability for the management, monitoring, archiving and compliance of Pfizer’s export contract portfolio.

UEBV will provide a single point of accountability and governance for Pfizer’s global export business. Driving commercial oversight in the export space, UEBV will standardize and improve customer-facing operations and service levels and will also continue to ensure the integrity of Pfizer’s performance across the third-party export landscape.

The contract Administrator will be responsible for both hard copy and e-copy management and archiving of all legal documentation for UEBV, including the utilization and maintenance of the UEBV e-archiving standard – CLM. In addition, the Contract Administrator will be responsible for maintaining SAP active contract status as part of a key control for contract adherence.

Consistent and accurate application of UEBV’s contract SOP will ensure that local market, legal, Commercial Finance leadership, Global Supply Chain and Portfolio Management and other relevant stakeholders in the contracting process are working within a single global standard to ensure uniformity of approach.

About you

  • Experience:
    • 5 years minimum  experience in paralegal/contract management, administration and monitoring essential
    • Experience influencing and working across matrix organizations, preferably at regional or global level, required
  •  Technical skills requirements:
    • Working knowledge of SAP master data (customer and/or pricing) preferred, but not essential
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Language skills: Fluent spoken and written English language skills required. Multi-lingual skills preferred
  • Other competencies:
    • Must be a confident communicator (oral & written)
    • Motivated with a positive & professional approach

Attention to detail as well to have the ability to spot errors & inconsistencies
